MY PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, CAN I GET A NEW ONE?
Yes! We are not responsible for shipping damage, however, email us with photo proof of the damaged item and will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME, WHEN THE COURIER TRY TO DELIVER?
Most couriers will leave a note to say that they have tried to deliver the package. They will then try to deliver again for the following two days. If they are unable to deliver on the third attempt the package will be returned to us.
